Properties:
- Water-based, one- or two-component screen printing ink for heat transfer textile decoration and for direct printing on various materials.
- Good opacity, highly flexible, excellent wash resistance, good mechanical and chemical resistance.
- Certified according to ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX®.
Auxiliaries:

Ink adjustment:
- Stir thoroughly to ensure homogeneous mixing
- When using as a 2-component ink, mix the hardener thoroughly
- Dilute with WV 2, if necessary
- Let the mixture rest for 5-10 min before use
- Pot life: 16 h at 20-25 °C and 45-60 % RH
Drying:
Check substrate dryness
Substrate must be completely dry before further processing - especially for multi-color printing → integrate intermediate or final drying steps if necessary
Select temperature and drying time carefully
Risk of moisture entrapment, cloudy print appearance, register issues, substrate deformation, and incomplete drying
Tunnel dryer recommendation
80-140 °C for 80 sec to 2 min
