MARABU PRINCIPLES

  1. Legal compliance: All employees are obliged to comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal company rules.
  2. Integrity and ethics: We act honestly, fairly and responsibly towards business partners, the authorities and society.
  3. Avoiding conflicts of interest: Personal interests must not influence business decisions. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
  4. Prevention of corruption: We do not tolerate bribery or undue advantages; gifts and invitations must comply with our guidelines.
  5. Data protection and information security: Protecting personal data and confidential information is a top priority.
  6. Whistleblower system: Employees can report compliance guideline violations confidentially and without fear of reprisals. Reports are carefully reviewed and consistently followed up.

Marabu Management is responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements. Managers embody these values and actively promote them in their daily work. Our “Compliance Management Representative” provides support and coordinates responses to queries.

Regular training and transparent communication strengthen compliance awareness and promote a culture of responsibility.
