ROLL-TO-ROLL SCREEN PRINTING WITH MAXIMUM PRECISION
High precision for advanced applications – CCD camera-based registration ensures precise positioning and repeatable results.
Optimized for thin materials – handles film thicknesses as low as 25 μm for demanding electronics applications.
Efficient roll-to-roll production – roller-based technology delivers high productivity and consistent quality throughout the entire process.
Våra tekniska specialister stödjer kunder inom elektronik-, sensor- och högteknologisk industri med rådgivning kring materialval, processutveckling och produktionsoptimering för Roll-to-Roll-applikationer.
The Sakurai MSDR Series is a line of high-precision presses for roll-to-roll screen printing, developed for advanced industrial applications in electronics, sensor technology, and functional printing. The series combines high registration accuracy, automated control, and efficient production of thin and technically demanding materials.
The Sakurai MSDR Series is designed for industrial production environments where high precision, stable process control, and efficient material handling are critical. The series is specifically engineered for roll-to-roll screen printing on thin films and flexible materials used in the electronics and sensor industries.
Advanced CCD camera registration, numerical control, and automated positioning of the printing frame ensure high accuracy and shorter setup times. The touch panel gives the operator full control over key production parameters and simplifies both setup and operation.
The system can be integrated with drying solutions, web handling, and automatic wind-up and unwind units to create a complete production line tailored to the customer’s specific needs.
