Ink adjustment:
- Stir thoroughly to ensure homogeneous mixing
- Add auxiliaries, if necessary
Drying:
- UV curing: 120 W/cm
- Belt speed standard shades: up to 25 m/min
- Post-curing within 24 h
- Cure waste prints completely
Printing parameters:
Mesh: FV-145 / GV 200 (Screeny Mesh) or RM 125/15 / RM 215/21 / RM 215/25 (Stork Rotamesh)
Stencils: Capillary films (15–20 µm) or emulsions and combination stencils.
