Low-migration ink for plastic packaging
Ultra Pack UVFP is a low-migration UV screen printing ink for exterior surface printing onto food, cosmetics, and beverage packaging made of pre-treated PE and PP. Special formula minimizes the risk of subsequent substance transfer from the outer decoration into the content.

Ink adjustment:
Attention: Low-migration ink
Use only thoroughly cleaned stencils, squeegees, pumps, tubes, and injectors to prevent contamination.
- Stir thoroughly to ensure homogeneous mixing
- When using as a 2-component ink, mix the hardener thoroughly
- Do not process below 15 °C
- Avoid exposure to high humidity after printing
- Let the mixture rest for 15 min before use
- Pot life: 8 h at 20-25 °C and 45-60 % RH
Drying:
- UV curing: 120-200 W/cm, suitable for speeds up to 5,000 bottles/h
- Post-curing within 24 h
- Cure waste prints completely
Printing parameters:
Mesh: 140-31 to 180-31.
Stencils: Capillary films (15–20 µm) or emulsions and combination stencils.
