Marabu Tie Dye Ink is a liquid dye for batiking light-colored textiles. This waterbased dye is ready to use and can be used with a variety of batik techniques. Easy to fix. Washable up to 40°C after fixing.

3 x 80 ml Marabu TIE DYE INK (218 pastel yellow, 227 pastel pink, 256 pastel blue)

1. Only use on fabrics that are free of finishes and fabric softeners.
2. Cover the work area well and wear gloves.
3. Moisten the fabric well on both sides with a water spray bottle, prepare it according to the technique, and tie it with rubber bands.
4. Dye the fabric on both sides with TIE DYE INK.
5. Knead the dye into the fabric so that it is evenly distributed.
6. Remove the rubber bands and carefully unfold the fabric.
7. Hang to dry (hang the fabric with clothespins).
8. Then set the dye with an iron: iron each painted area (30 x 30 cm) from the front through a thin cloth for 3 minutes at cotton temperature without steam.
9. Or set in the oven: 150°C, approx. 8 minutes (except for synthetics and blended fabrics).
