Mara Jet DI-BS digital printing ink is specifically suitable for Mimaki® printers opperating in BS4 Ink configuration and machines employing Epson® printheads DX5, 6, or 7 heads. The ink arives ready to use with no need for Hardware modifications or profiles.

Properties:
- Solvent-based inkjet printing ink for PVC self-adhesive foils and PVC tarpaulin material
- Good adhesion, fast drying, high-quality pigmentation for best UV resistance, suitable for long-term outdoor use
Drying:
No changes to drying parameters required. Adjustments if necessary:
- Preheat at 40 °C.
- Printing area: 38 °C.
- Dry before winding: 50 °C.
Ink change-over:
Switch & Print / full compatibility in chemistry and color shade; no flushing required:
Switching from the OEM ink to Mara Jet DI-BS does not require any preliminary or additional machine cleaning. Ink cartridges can be replaced individually as needed or as a complete set.
Switch & Swap / flushing required:
Please note: When switching from a third-party supplier, a cleaning step should be carried out using the third-party supplier’s cleaner, followed by cleaning with DI-UR 2. Replacing the filters (dampers) is generally recommended, as well as checking whether any further spare parts need to be replaced.
