World's first water-based pad printing ink
MaquaPad MAP is the world's first water-based pad printing ink and especially suited for textiles and toys. Meets all requirements not only of toy, but also of textile industry and offers high safety standards for both, manufacturer and consumer.
- Water-based with very low VOC values and nearly odorless
- Safe for textile and sensitive applications, low PAH content and without the use of BPA/BPS
- One-component, no pot life, no ink residuals
- Satin gloss colors with high opaque shades

Ink adjustment:
- Stir thoroughly to ensure homogeneous mixing
- For textile printing, mix Hardener HW 1 thoroughly
- Add Retarder WV 2, if necessary
- Pot life: 48 h at 20-25 °C and 45-60 % RH
Drying:
- Cliché etching must always be covered with ink (prevents drying)
- Check drying before further processing
- Integrate intermediate or final drying if necessary
- Multicolor printing: intermediate (air) drying required
- For 2-component processing, crosslinking can be accelerated by higher temperatures
