The Sakurai MS-DDS Series is a line of fully automatic cylinder screen printing presses that combine direct servo drive, advanced control, and gentle material handling. The MS-DDS series is based on Sakurai’s well-proven technology and is designed for modern production environments where precision, productivity, and reliability are critical. The gearless servo drive provides high registration accuracy while reducing maintenance requirements.
The machines are equipped with a large color touchscreen for simple and intuitive control of production parameters. Improved feed and discharge systems, along with optimized material transport, contribute to safe and stable handling, even of thin and delicate substrates.
The MS-DDS is available in several format sizes and can be customized with various automation and registration solutions to meet the requirements of both graphic and industrial screen printing.
