NEW AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM REDUCES EMISSIONS AT TAMM PRODUCTION SITE

At the Marabu Tamm site, we have installed a state-of-the-art exhaust air purification system, marking an important step toward sustainability. The investment of around €1 million ensures significantly improved air quality and reduces environmental impact.

NEW AIR PURIFICATION AS PART OF MODERNIZATION AND EXTENSION OF PRODUCTION SITE IN TAMM

The new exhaust air purification system comes along with 50% less gas consumption and a 90% reduction in solvent emissions. This not only minimizes odor nuisance for the neighborhood but also makes an active contribution to climate protection. The new system was developed in cooperation with Dürr CTS, showcasing how regional companies can work together to create innovative environmental solutions.

The project is part of Marabu’s comprehensive “Babylon” investment program, under which the company will invest around €10 million in modernizing and expanding its production facilities by 2027. “Our market continues to grow, and we want to grow with it here in Tamm,” emphasizes CEO York Boeder.
