Cover the work surface and prepare all materials.
Lay the template sheet flat and place the transparent sheet over the desired design. Trace the outlines using the black contour liner. Make sure all outlines are closed. Allow the outlines to dry for at least 1 hour.
Once dry, fill in the outlines with the Window Color paints. Apply the colors generously right up to the contour lines. Allow the painted motifs to dry for at least 24 hours.
Carefully peel the dried motifs off the transparent sheet.
Attach the motifs to the paper bags.
Finally, stand the paper bags upright and place an LED tealight inside each one.
